    Horrible food!  Inedible. All is us Literally took one bite and threw in the towel. Even the fries Tasted bad like they we're typical low-quality food service to start with then fried in old oil.

    I have to say this is such a cute throwback place. From the paintings on the walls (even in the bathrooms) to the old time jukeboxes on each table. The old fashion paper hats, the record and comic books you can buy! Super cute

    There were 4 of us in our group. I will recap what we are and how it was.
    Person 1 ordered just a chocolate Frappe it was so good!
    Person 2 ordered the homemade Mac n cheese. It was very creamy with corkscrew pasta. You could tell it was scratch made.
    Person 3 ordered Cereal. It was cereal. Lol
    Person 4 had breakfast. 2 eggs scrambled with home fries bacon and toast. The portion size was just enough. The home fries and bacon were crispy. Just like they should be. The eggs were perfect and so was the toast!
    Chelsea was our server. She was friendly and service was speedy.

    We would go there again.

    While we were waiting for our food we noticed one of the wait staff was coloring. So I went to take a look. She colors and writes on ALL the take out containers. Such a cute touch.

    The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was they had NO straws!! With 2 kids drinks they needed straws. When you use the restrooms they talk through speakers like playing a recording of a conversation from back in the 50's. I thought that was just odd.

    Typical diner food but a notch better. Great service and large portions - pretty affordable, too. Frappes are great! Desserts are amazing!! Everyone is so super friendly and accommodating. I've never had to wait long for a seat, either, but I don't typically go when it's super busy.
    Cons? Just one- The seats in the booths in the front dining car are a little awkward and small but the kids & grandkids like sitting in there. You also may have to wait in line for the one bathroom (not shared).

    I seriously love this diner! I'm from the city but come out to North Conway often and came across this diner. It gave me such a warm feeling eating here, staff is amazing and the owner comes around to each table to check in. Tony's Meatloaf Omelette is AMAZING!
